You can also choose to set a classroom goal, where you pledge to dedicate the first minute of every period to practicing mindfulness!

- How could mindfulness help you deal with each of them? Possible answer: Mindfulness can snap me out of worry mode, so I can calm down and re-focus.
- What other benefits can come from mindfulness? Possible answers: You might feel happier, do better in school, be more creative, and have fewer fights.
- When in your day could you find time to practice mindfulness? Possible answers: in the shower, while riding the bus to school, or before class starts.
